Popular books that I haven’t read

Yesterday I was just going through my amazon wishlist and realised that there are SO many books that I want to read. Some of them are really popular books that I haven’t read yet, and that’s why I decided to do this blog post.

So here are some of the books from my never ending TBR pile.

1. Crooked Kingdom, Leigh Bardugo – I read Six of Crows way back in May and I loved it. I’m not sure why I haven’t picked the sequel yet. I have heard such amazing things about this duology, and I really want to read it soon.

   

2. A Court of Mist and Fury, Sarah J Maas – I read ACOTAR also in May but haven’t picked the second book in the series yet. I kind of have mixed feelings about this particular series. I really didn’t enjoy ACOTAR as much as others did, at the same time I didn’t hate it either. I decided I would give ACOMAF a chance and then decide how I feel about the series. And clearly that never happened(till now). Hopefully will pick this one up soon.
   
3. The Hate U Give, Angie Thomas – People have been raving about this book on booktube and bookstagram. This book has such great reviews. I really need to read this one. I know it will not disappoint.
   
4. The Lunar Chronicles, Marissa Meyer – I have read Heartless by Marissa, and I absolutely adored it. I know the lunar chronicles are like all time favourite series for a lot of people, but I really didn’t get a chance to read it yet. I’m pathetic, right?
5.  The Mortal Instruments, Cassandra Clare – Yes, you heard it right. Now please don’t kill me. I somehow never read TMI series when they were released. Now when I see that there are SO MANY books in the series, I’m intimidated. But I really want to read it. I saw the first few episodes of the series on Netfix and then stopped because I want to read the books first. I’m really intrigued by the world of shadowhunters and I really want to know more about each of them.

These are just some of the books that I remember off  the top of my head. Not proud of myself. So let me know what are the popular books that you haven’t read yet? (Please tell me I’m not alone.)
